Donor Love: The Postcard

This is another idea that’s more for the NGO working abroad (assuming that your staff is not dodging bullets, overworked at a refugee camp or in other such stressful circumstances).

 

Send a proper postcard from out in the field, complete with cool stamps. If you have masses of donors or don’t have a lot of manpower, you might want to confine this activity to a subset of your donorbase: biggest donors or most dedicated donors or volunteers or what have you.

The "cool donor thank you gift" is probably going to have to be a series. Looking for cheap yet memorable way to say thank you to your donors?
